Responsibilities

• Facilitate project handover and ensure continuity.
• Develop training plans for project resources.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Help team members achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Advocate for change management practices within the project.
• Analyze project performance and share best practices.
• Actively participate in risk management and issue resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Business or Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

• Time Management

Certifications

• IPMA Level D
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
