Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to timelines and budgets throughout project phases.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with building regulations: Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Familiarity with urban design concepts: Understanding of urban planning aspects in architecture.
