Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' mental health needs through interviews and testing.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Document and track patient progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to treatment strategy development.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Develop and present mental health training for community organizations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
