Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis and explain significant discrepancies.
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Conduct market research to support financial strategies.
• Manage financial databases and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles

• Financial Reporting

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• CMA or CPA certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local tax regulations: Understanding of South African tax laws and compliance.
• Proficient in SQL for data management: Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL.
