Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. You will support a variety of systems and applications while ensuring smooth network operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware and software.
• Help prepare and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support.
• Assist in user account management and access control.
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on IT protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+) is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in technical support roles

• Linux OS

Advantageous

• Familiarity with VoIP systems: Experience setting up and troubleshooting VoIP communication systems.
