Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to implementation, delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for various platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis and ideation sessions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product experiences.
• Utilize design software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to create detailed mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance designs continually.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• User Research Methods

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end development to collaborate effectively with developers.
