Job Description

As a CAT Tractor Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations by efficiently handling a variety of tasks using Caterpillar tractors. Your attention to detail and expertise in machinery will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate Caterpillar tractors to meet project timelines.
• Maintain thorough logs of daily activities related to machinery usage and upkeep.
• Conduct inspections and report on equipment status before each shift.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health standards during operations.
• Assist in training new operators on safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work conditions smoothly.
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure effective workflow.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery: Familiarity with tractors and heavy equipment used in agriculture.
• CPR and First Aid Training: Certification in CPR and First Aid, enhancing workplace safety.
