We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Johannesburg team to lead diverse projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into all projects.
• Guide and mentor project team members to achieve performance targets.
• Implement best practices and project management methodologies.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Risk Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean methodologies: Experience in applying Lean principles to maximize operational efficiency.
