Job Description

As an Enterprise Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT systems for large organisations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of IT systems across the organisation.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new systems.
• Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
• Train team members on system usage and best practices.
• Create user manuals and operation guides.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Review system changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
