UX Designer

Job Description

As a Blockchain Developer, you will be pivotal in creating dynamic and scalable blockchain solutions that drive the future of digital finance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement smart contracts, decentralized applications, and blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of distributed ledger technology and a passion for problem-solving in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user interface elements and interactions.
• Conduct expert reviews of existing designs to identify usability issues.
• Facilitate workshops to align design concepts with stakeholder expectations.
• Engage in post-launch analysis to measure user satisfaction and design effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and support their professional development.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to ensure coherence between UX and brand materials.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience focusing on user experience and interaction design

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in UX Design: Any recognized UX design certification will be advantageous.
