UX Designer

Job Description

As a Blockchain Developer, you will be pivotal in creating dynamic and scalable blockchain solutions that drive the future of digital finance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement smart contracts, decentralized applications, and blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of distributed ledger technology and a passion for problem-solving in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design projects from conception to completion.
• Define user personas and benchmark against user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and define product specifications.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Create a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in visual design when needed.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience focusing on user experience and interaction design

Technical Skills

• User-Centered Design Principles
• Usability Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in UX Design: Any recognized UX design certification will be advantageous.
