Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes operate smoothly.
• Act as the point of contact for operational issues and queries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts.
• Ensure effective use of warehouse management systems and tools.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Support strategic initiatives related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Coordination

Certifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse: Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments managing large teams.
