We are looking for a Mobile Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining mobile devices and applications for clients across various sectors. Ideal candidates will have a technical background and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and set up mobile devices tailored to client specifications.
• Ensure smooth functionality of devices through regular maintenance.
• Educate clients on using mobile applications and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in mobile technology.
• Assist in resolving any service-related queries from clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Document installations for future reference.
• Prepare reports on client feedback and device performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile application support

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with MDM platforms: Hands-on experience managing mobile devices using MDM platforms.
