Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and support senior management in strategic decision-making. This role demands exceptional quantitative skills as well as strong communication abilities to convey complex financial data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions by researching and preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic financial plans.
• Monitor market trends and assist in developing financial strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and management discussions.
• Work with senior management to identify areas for financial improvement.
• Collect and analyze financial data to support investment recommendations.
• Assist in managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking
