Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in East London. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and internal staff, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and assisting users with their technological needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems for potential issues and take proactive measures.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document and maintain incident reports and resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements within the IT department.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related fields

• System Administration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of VoIP systems: Experience managing voice-over-IP telecommunications systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365: Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications and services.
