Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in Cape Town, your role will involve analyzing production processes and designing systems to optimize efficiency. You will collaborate across departments, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards while keeping costs in check.

Responsibilities

  • Identify process bottlenecks and revise systems to mitigate them.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions are on target and within budget.
  • Utilize CAD software for designing efficient production layouts.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report on process improvements and the impact on operational metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Master's in Industrial Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in process optimization
