Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs that achieve client objectives.
• Communicate design intent through sketches and digital media.
• Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements.
• Advise on best practices for materials and construction methods.
• Evaluate and select vendors for design elements.
• Supervise construction processes to ensure compliance with designs.
• Develop a strong portfolio of architectural works.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Chartered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with graphic design tools for presentations and marketing materials.
• Leadership experience on projects: Ability to lead teams and manage project workflows.
