Responsibilities

• Design and specify architectural features for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs and expectations.
• Oversee project development from conceptual design through to completion.
• Prepare presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Work with engineers and contractors to determine project feasibility.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Chartered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
