Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing learning programs that elevate the skills of our workforce. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training programs to measure their impact on staff performance and development.
  • Utilize feedback from training sessions to continuously improve course content.
  • Work with external training providers to deliver specialized training workshops as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain the HR training database.
  • Advise on learning resources and tools that can enhance employee training experiences.
  • Prepare and present training reports to senior management detailing progress and outcomes.
  • Encourage team-building through effective training and development interventions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking training opportunities.
  • Ensure that all training initiatives align with broader company strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Training and Development
  • Postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate training environment
