Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about empowering individuals to manage their mental health. You will provide one-on-one support, lead therapeutic sessions, and engage with clients to foster resilience and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create treatment strategies.
  • Assist clients in setting and achieving therapy goals.
  • Lead therapy sessions and support groups focused on mental health.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Document treatment progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health resources.
  • Stay updated with best practices and ethical guidelines in mental health.
  • Contribute to team discussions and case reviews.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and rights.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in crisis situations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Registered Mental Health Counselor
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health counseling
