Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with a focus on structural designs. You’ll be tasked with developing and executing engineering projects within the civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design, project management, and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct material selection and ensure project feasibility.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to secure project requirements.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Analyze structural conditions and prepare recommendations.
• Implement sustainable engineering practices in all projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Structural Engineering are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil/structural projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Building Codes and Standards

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Site Safety Management certification is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Expertise in Bridge or Highway Engineering: In-depth knowledge and experience in designing transport infrastructure.
