Responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services to support frontend applications.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure product quality.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
• Participate in agile methodology, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Develop APIs for third-party integrations.
• Research and implement best practices for security and performance.
• Keep an eye on technological advancements to improve overall development processes.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in web development with an emphasis on front-end technologies
