News Analyst / Volleyball Commentator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic News Analysts and Volleyball Commentators who are knowledgeable about the sport and skilled in live commentary. This role involves providing insightful analysis during matches, conducting interviews, and engaging with fans during broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live commentary during matches, offering analysis and statistics to enhance viewer enjoyment.
• Research players and teams to inform commentary and provide insightful background.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth broadcast transitions.
• Engage with fans online and during broadcasts, responding to comments and questions.
• Participate in post-match analysis discussions to critique performance and improve future broadcasts.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Journalism or Communications

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in sports commentary.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
