Product Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative Product Designer who is deeply passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences. You’ll take the lead on design projects, performing user testing and making recommendations that enhance interface design. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion with a focus on user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Develop detailed design specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create a seamless user journey.
• Test prototypes with real users to validate design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Sketch
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user research and testing methods: Familiarity with techniques to gather user insights and feedback.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Understanding front-end development to collaborate effectively with developers.
