Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate supply chain activities to meet customer demands.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Implement best practices in inventory control and warehouse management.
• Analyze supply chain performance and report on key performance indicators.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and sources.
• Manage logistics operations to optimize transportation routes.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Provide training and development opportunities for supply chain staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
