Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to align team vision and strategy.
• Prototype interactive designs and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate user feedback into product development.
• Explore new methodologies in UX design within the team.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Media
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• Visual Design

Soft Skills

• Adaptive Learning
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of front-end technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience with accessibility best practices: Knowledge of accessibility standards for user interface design.
