• Develop training materials and programs for sales staff.
• Participate in setting the sales budget and analyzing expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of direct sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
