Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to be part of our cloud solutions team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud technologies, multi-cloud environments and a knack for learning new tools. The role focuses on enhancing our cloud infrastructure and collaboration across teams to ensure robust product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and performance of cloud services for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work on incident response strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technology to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Create and manage multiple environments for development, staging, and production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree or further certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in IT and at least 3 years in a cloud engineering role.
