Job Description

As a Gambling Dealer, you will be responsible for managing the craps table at our casino. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the game is conducted smoothly and fairly while creating an engaging atmosphere for players.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and positively engage players.
• Deal with the dice and manage the betting process efficiently.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the table area.
• Assist with casino promotions and events as needed.

Requirements

Education

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training or certification in craps preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a casino or gambling environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in craps

Soft Skills

• Customer service skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with other casino games: Knowledge and experience in dealing blackjack, roulette, or baccarat.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate with a diverse customer base.
