UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll create user-centered designs that enhance user experiences across various digital platforms. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance existing designs.
• Create responsive designs suitable for various devices and platforms.
• Support the development team in resolving design-related issues.
• Promote user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design alignment with brand strategies.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems.
• Assist in onboarding new design team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
