Responsibilities

• Create and adapt designs for various seasons and occasions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market shifts in the fashion industry.
• Compose style guides and presentations for internal use and client discussions.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all collections.
• Evaluate fabric samples and design techniques for quality assurance.
• Engage actively in all phases of the design process from concept through production.
• Provide input to marketing and social media strategies to promote collections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field
• Higher diploma in fashion design preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
