Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD for design delivery.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Redesign existing products to improve usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Coordinate with marketing to align brand designs across digital platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

• Prototyping Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Knowledge of creating animations and interactions to enhance user engagement.
