Job Description

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to improve our processes, enhance productivity, and ensure the efficient use of resources. You'll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing strategies that will drive operational improvements across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve processes.
• Work with quality assurance to develop and refine standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with logistics to streamline supply chain processes.
• Participate in the development of budgets for engineering projects.
• Support the development of product specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants as required.
• Conduct employee training regarding new processes and technologies.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets closely.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on project updates and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering

• Statistical Process Control

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
