Job Description

We are on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media strategies at Creative Marketing Co. Based in Johannesburg, this role will allow you to connect with our audience through engaging content and innovative campaigns, while driving our brand message across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of social media campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Craft compelling content that reflects our brand voice and appeals to our target audience.
  • Oversee social media advertising efforts and optimize performance for various platforms.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and innovative ideas.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with our audience.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media
