Responsibilities

  • Design and analyse structural systems for various projects.
  • Prepare detailed engineering calculations and construction documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to structural standards.
  • Collaborate with architects and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for upgrades or repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with project management tasks.
  • Prepare project estimations and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ascertain their needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineering registration is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in structural engineering

  • AutoCAD
  • SAP2000
