We are in search of an IT Operations Analyst to join our Pretoria team. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, handling incidents, and ensuring continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the IT infrastructure.
• Perform regular system backups and maintenance to prevent data loss.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Enhance system security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents reported by users.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new IT tools and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Master's degree in IT Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations
