Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in our Cape Town facility, you will be responsible for assessing operational systems to enhance production efficiency. You will engage in hands-on problem solving, collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal workflow across the manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to derive actionable insights for improvement.
• Work with team leads to implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Define KPIs to measure success and track progress on initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork to drive changes.
• Prepare reports on engineering activities and performance outcomes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects.
• Investigate production delays and develop corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role
