As a Data Analyst in our Pretoria office, you'll be instrumental in interpreting data trends and helping to drive strategic decisions within the organization. Your analytical skills will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and analytics tools.
• Support management in developing strategic plans based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data availability.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance data practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Python
• Excel
• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Languages

• English: Fluent
