Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our Durban branch. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications in compliance with prescriptions from healthcare providers.
• Conduct health screenings and promote wellness in the community.
• Provide training and guidance to support staff on pharmacy practices.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Manage pharmacy-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Initiate and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate medication therapy reviews and clinical assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in community pharmacy or clinical setting preferred
