Job Description

As a UX Researcher at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and behaviours. You will conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly products. Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate user insights into the product lifecycle.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX research.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather team feedback on design concepts.
• Develop research plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst

Languages
