Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Product Designer located in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for crafting innovative user experiences and interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve user testing, wireframing, and prototyping, all while collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver top-notch digital products.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for design processes and guidelines.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with product managers to align design with business objectives.
• Ensure all designs are user-centered and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Explore new design methodologies and tools to enhance the design workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's in Design Thinking preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience focusing on user interface design

Technical Skills

• Wireframing

Certifications

• Design Thinking Certification
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Ability to incorporate motion design elements into user interfaces.
