UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects that impact our users positively. You'll conduct user testing, gather feedback, and implement design improvements. The ideal candidate should be skilled at balancing user needs with technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Communicate design concepts through visuals, storytelling, and presentations.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with rapid prototyping.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group
• Interaction Design Foundation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Understanding of front-end technologies to better communicate with developers.
• Experience with A/B testing: Hands-on experience running A/B tests to improve user experience.
