Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Enablement Consultant to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a robust sales background and experience in developing and implementing effective enablement strategies that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within the sales team.
  • Implement new sales enablement tools and technology to streamline processes.
  • Liaise with external training providers to supplement internal training programs.
  • Be a subject matter expert on product offerings and sales tactics.
  • Facilitate role-playing and simulation exercises to practice sales techniques.
  • Drive accountability for performance improvements among sales staff.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Measure the ROI of enablement programs through improved sales metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or related qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a sales role or in sales training and enablement
