Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our Cape Town office. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop engaging user experiences while ensuring a seamless interface for our clients' products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and user testing to understand user preferences.
• Collaborate with developers to create responsive and accessible designs.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date design library that promotes consistency.
• Gather and analyze analytics data to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience in a digital environment

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG): Knowledge of web accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
