Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will excel in managing office tasks, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with project documentation and tracking.
  • Organise and maintain office scheduling and calendars.
  • Provide IT support for basic office software and equipment.
  • Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support financial administration including invoicing.
  • Manage confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of office management experience preferred
