Looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our Johannesburg team. The candidate will manage daily e-commerce activities, optimize online sales channels, and craft compelling online marketing strategies to boost our brand. Working closely with marketing and IT teams, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing budgets for online initiatives.
• Ensure website functionality and user-friendliness.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
• Manage customer service teams to address queries and feedback.
• Develop partnerships with new suppliers to expand product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or E-commerce is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce
