Responsibilities
Administer and refine manufacturing processes for increased productivity.
Lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
Work with teams to assess production needs and develop strategic plans.
Monitor project progress, adjusting resources and timelines as necessary.
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
Train staff on best practices and new systems.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Report on project metrics to senior management.
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to promote teamwork.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Experience
5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role with project management experience.
Technical Skills
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
AutoCAD or similar design software
Soft Skills

Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Master's degree in a relevant field: Higher qualifications in engineering will be considered an advantage.
