Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff members.
  • Conduct research for administrative projects as needed.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Implement office policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or related field
