Responsibilities

• Assist users in navigating software and applications for maximum functionality.
• Collaborate with IT personnel to identify system improvements.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and manage workload effectively.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Mentor junior staff or trainees in IT support practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.

• Linux Operating Systems

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
