Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in building management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all facilities are in top repair and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Develop a comprehensive facilities management strategy based on operational needs.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Manage emergency response actions and crisis management protocols.
  • Organize and oversee workspace logistics and property management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in regular planning meetings to align facility operations with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
