• Oversee patient care provided by nursing support staff.

• Provide mentorship and training to junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Certification in Nurse Practitioner program

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant nursing role
