We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulations and standards.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project team members.
• Prepare documentation of project milestones and deliverables for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering is preferred
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
